This Tourist Apartment, a new construction on the ground floor of a residential building, has been designed in Loft style, with everything necessary to offer a complete and simple space with everything necessary for holiday enjoyment. In the same surroundings of Covas beach (Viveiro), it is located in a quiet area, in front of the small and charismatic church of Covas, 50m from Seiramar beach and its promenade that connects with Covas beach and its tourist offer, with its restaurants, cafes, shops and services.

The Space:
The loft-shaped apartment has an open space with a dining room, living room, kitchen and dressing room. It has a bedroom semi-integrated into the volume. Kitchen and full bathroom. The entrance can be independent with a code created for the guest.

Autonomous access requires the generation of a code that will be sent to the guest at Check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Seiramar is the closest beach, intimate and quiet, followed by the beach of Covas beach, supermarkets less than 100 meters away, followed by restaurants, a butcher, a pharmacy and a bookstore, as well as gastronomic and leisure options. A few minutes walk away, you will find its medieval historic center, where you can continue shopping or tasting the typical tapas of the area.
Thanks to its location, this property makes the use of cars unnecessary, if not desired. The beaches of Sacido or Seiramar are just a few minutes away, and to the south we have several routes through the leafy mountains or river walks for nature lovers. Thanks to its flat seafront promenades, cycling is another good option, which will allow you to visit the river walk or the port of Celeiro, a specialist in catching hake on a pintxo.

Getting Around:
The small, charismatic and quiet church in front of the apartment, with its perking esplanade and access to Seiramar beach, offers a quiet enclave of peace, but with walking access to the most touristic areas of Viveiro.

Charging electric cars are not allowed/ No se permite cargar coches eléctricos. This property requires a € 200.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in. The Security Deposit will be released after the Check-out (48h. after the Check-out day)
