House with pool and parking 170m beach:
The house of 160m2 is located on the seafront promenade of l'Ametlla de Mar only 170m from Platja de l'Alguer, 45km from Port Aventura and 50km from Reus Airport. It is distributed over two floors with a large terrace with sea views and outdoor furniture, as well as having a communal area with a pool and garden. On the main floor we find the living room, dining room, open equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a suite-type bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a bath, two bedrooms with a double bed each and another bedroom with a bunk bed for two guests, in addition to another bathroom with a shower. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the property, indoor parking included and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
