This spacious and bright apartment is available to receive 6 guests. The property is distributed in the following way:

> Living & Dining room: table and chairs to enjoy yummy meals, two comfortable reclining armchairs, TV, ceiling fan, and exit to the balcony.
> Kitchen: very spacious, fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Italian coffee maker and espresso coffee maker, extractor and all the tableware to enjoy a delicious meal.
> Laundry room with all the accessories: washing machine, drying racks, iron and ironing board.
> Master bedroom: comfortable double bed, ceiling fan and storage space.
> In the second and third bedroom there are 2 single beds and ceiling fan in each one.
> Bathrooms: complete and both have bathtub. Hairdryer available.
> Balcony: with beautiful views of the city and the sea in the distance, it offers a table with chairs and two sun loungers to enjoy a relaxing moment.

Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is too dirty, an extra charge of 24.20€ per hour will be charged. We will be waiting to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 5 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates. Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€.

*A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.

*Crib available upon request at additional cost

*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.

*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost .

*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimun age to book is 25 yo.

*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your deapartur, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
