This charming loft suite is located in an authentic neighborhood in Seville’s historic center. It’s perfect for soaking in the local atmosphere and visiting all major landmarks on foot.

The living area features a small staircase leading to the upper level, where you’ll find the bedroom and a cozy space with an additional bed.

The loft has an integrated kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a small patio with plants. Guests can also enjoy a spacious shared rooftop terrace with breathtaking views—an ideal spot for admiring Seville’s sunsets.

As an interior unit within a residential community, the loft offers a peaceful environment free from street noise. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the patio area.





The loft suite is part of a traditional Sevillian house with two large courtyards featuring lush plants and a designated space for securely parking bicycles.

As this is a residential building, we kindly ask guests to be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum when entering and exiting.

The building includes a large shared rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy impressive views of the city and stunning sunsets.

A paid parking facility (Parking Escuelas Pías) is located just a 5-minute walk away.
A Covirán supermarket is conveniently situated right across from the loft.
There are several bars and restaurants in Plaza de San Marcos, just steps from the property.
The famous Feria Market, located on the popular Calle Feria, is nearby. It’s an authentic local spot perfect for experiencing Seville’s vibrant atmosphere and purchasing fresh produce.
