This rustic Mallorcan house is located in a rural area very close to the beautiful town of Pollensa, and just under ten minutes by car from the beaches of Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Surrounded by mountains and with stunning views, Villa Solivellas offers us peace and tranquillity in an area that possesses charm and character.



The main entrance, located under a covered front terrace, gives us access to a small living room with sofas and a Smart TV. From this area, we access a dining room and another living room with comfortable sofas. A fully equipped separate kitchen and a bathroom with a shower complete this area of the house. From the kitchen, a glass door gives us access to a fully furnished outdoor terrace and a covered area with a barbecue, which has a gas hob and a fridge.



Two interior staircases access the bedroom area, these comprise three bedrooms and a double room, one of the double rooms has a full bathroom right next to it and the other bedrooms share another full bathroom with a bathtub. It is worth noting that on the lower floor, near the living room, there is another bathroom with a shower.



The swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful and spacious garden with grass and a small solarium area with sun loungers.
