The villa La Gata de Los Gigantes offers the VERY BEST VIEWS of the famous cliffs and the sea, probably the best ones on the entire island.

It features two sunny terraces (140 m²) and a small private heated pool with a saltwater system, perfect for relaxing and cooling off in total privacy.

Inside, it offers 150 m² of bright, comfortable, and spacious living space with three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

All indoor spaces offer direct ocean views.

The space
The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable and truly relaxing stay. It is ideal for families, groups of friends, remote workers, and guests seeking space, privacy, and comfort.

Up to six guests and two babies can stay comfortably, as it features a spacious living area, an independent dining room, and three private bathrooms plus an additional toilet. Cribs and highchairs are available free of charge upon request.

The kitchen includes modern appliances, a large American-style refrigerator, and all essential cooking tools. Coffee, basic cooking essentials, and dishwasher and washing machine capsules are provided.

A reverse osmosis system provides fresh drinking water, and a whole-house water softener adds an extra touch of comfort for the showers.

For beach days, you will find everything ready: towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a practical cooler, so you don’t need to travel with them.

The villa offers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and terraces, along with a Smart TV with international channels for relaxing evenings at home.

Located in a quiet residential area at the base of the Gigantes cliffs, just 2–3 minutes by car from Los Guíos Beach, the natural pools, and the harbor, it’s a perfect starting point for boat trips, kayaking, and dolphin-watching tours. Los Gigantes also offers a great selection of supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby.

With its authentic charm and unbeatable views, the villa invites you to slow down, enjoy outdoor activities such as yoga, meditation, or reading on the beautiful terraces, and use it as the perfect base for discovering the island.

Guest access
There is free parking on the street right in front of the villa. The property is accessed via stairs, as it is located on the upper (second) floor and has two levels (duplex).

Check-in is normally done in person, to ensure a smooth welcome and proper orientation to the property. Weekly pool and garden maintenance are included.

Other things to note
Parties and events are not permitted.
The primary guest must be at least 30 years old.
Smoking is only allowed on the terraces.
For added security, a camera is installed at the main entrance, along with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers inside the property.
