The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils, as well as a coffee maker and toaster, so you can prepare delicious meals at home.



The apartment also has a bright terrace, ideal for relaxing outdoors. Enjoy the community pool on sunny days and take advantage of the parking space available in the building itself for greater convenience. In addition, it has central heating, air conditioning and television, ensuring a pleasant environment during your stay.

The opening hours of the swimming pool are from 15/06 to 15/09.



The established time for handing over keys to guests is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you need to enter the accommodation after 8:00 PM, until 11:00 PM, a supplement of €30 in cash will be charged upon arrival, corresponding to the Late Check-In service.
