You’ll be just minutes away from the charming Vila de Gràcia neighborhood and a 15-minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia, where you can visit Casa Milà and Casa Batlló. You’ll be one block from Via Augusta, where you’ll find direct transportation to the city center and Barceloneta.

Our apartment features a spacious living area with a dining table, a large sofa bed, and a beautiful terrace where you can relax outdoors.

You’ll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed, both with wardrobes and access to the balcony. There are two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Our lovely apartment is perfect for you to enjoy with family or friends, whether on vacation or for work. You’ll have a unique stay in Barcelona.

You won’t share common areas with other guests. Our apartment is equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. You’ll have complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.In the kitchen, you’ll find: a dishwasher, dishes, glasses, mugs, a fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, frying pans, and pots.The bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with sheets, towels, hand soap, body wash, and toilet paper. Please note that the supplies we provide are included upon arrival; however, replenishment or changes during your stay are not included.Ask us about the availability of a travel crib at no additional cost. You can request it up to 24 hours before your arrival. Crib sheets are not included.

One of our agents will welcome you at the apartment, show you the space, and hand over the keys.•Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM is free of charge.•Check-in after 8:00 PM incurs a fee of €30, payable in cash at the time of check-in.In accordance with current legislation, all guests must provide their passport or national ID to our agent for data submission to the authorities.Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.Tourist Tax: You must pay the tourist tax in cash at the time of check-in.LOCAL AND REGIONAL TAXES DURING YOUR STAY IN BARCELONA: Starting October 1, 2024, the tourist tax in Barcelona is as follows:•City of Barcelona, tax for tourist accommodations is €6.25 per person per night.•Applicable to all guests aged 16 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights.Rate valid until March 30, 2026. As of April 1, 2026, the corresponding increase to the cost of the tourist tax in effect at that time will be applied.

Please keep in mind that we must maintain good relations with our neighbors and community.
