Designed in a rustic-modern style, the apartment features air conditioning (hot and cold) and welcomes you with a pleasant front terrace that provides direct access to the garden and the shared swimming pool (9 m x 4 m), ideal for cooling off during hot summer days.



Inside, you will find an open-plan kitchen and living area, fully equipped with everything necessary for your stay. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a fulfilling day and enjoying a quiet evening.



The interior showcases a modern design, where Nordic furniture and fresh, bright colors create a harmonious atmosphere while preserving the charm of the traditional Mallorcan style.



Less than 2 kilometers away, you will find the historic center of the picturesque village of Petra, where you can enjoy restaurants, cafés, and visit its lovely museum.
