Surrounded by the Montgrí natural park, it is between three beaches: Cala Montgó which has a Blue Flag and spectacular views, the beautiful stone beach Bol Roig and Riells beach with bars and shops. The area is very quiet and ecological. The house is ideal for an older family or in the company of friends because it consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a living-dining room with fireplace, Smart TV and a large opening with direct access to the garden. The garden is quite large and has grass with trees, its own barbecue and the terrace with a large table to enjoy meals outdoors with the whole family. The main advantage of the house is the large private pool! In front of the house there is a Carrilet train stop that allows you to get to the Old Town or Sant Martí d’Empúries quickly and enjoying the ride. Riells and Montgó beaches are located just 1 km from the house.
