• Guests are required to adhere to community rules, including respecting noise limits, refraining from hosting parties, and maintaining respectful behavior throughout their stay. Failure to comply may result in the retention of the security deposit.

You will have access to the entire apartment with private terrace. You will also get to enjoy the communal pools and the communal gardens. You can make use of the private underground parking space.

The nearest supermarkets, Mercadona and Lidl, are located in Sitio de Calahonda, approximately a 9-minute drive from the apartment. Around Calahonda, Rivera del Sol, and Miraflores, you'll also find numerous bars and restaurant
