This cosy little house is located in a peaceful area of Chiclana, just 3.4 km from Playa del Puerco, offering a relaxed atmosphere close to both the sea and the countryside. With space for 4 guests, it’s perfect for families looking for a seaside holiday in a rural and comfortable setting.
Outside, the house boasts a private porch with a gas barbecue and a dining table for 4, along with additional chairs and high stools—ideal for enjoying meals al fresco. The property shares a large chlorine swimming pool (9x4 meters, depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters) with two other houses. The pool is equipped with child safety features, an outdoor shower, and a toilet. Behind the houses, you'll find a spacious communal lawn area with football goals, offering a safe space for children to play. The entire property is fenced, ensuring extra peace of mind for families.

Inside, the house is designed for functionality, maximising the available space. The living room features a Smart TV for entertainment, and the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and basic cooking essentials, provides all you need for preparing meals during your stay. The house has two bedrooms: the first with a double bed, a fan, and a wardrobe; and the second, ideal for children, with a bunk bed and a fan. There is one bathroom with a shower and sink. While the house lacks air conditioning or central heating, radiators and fans are provided to maintain a comfortable environment throughout the year. Please note that there is no cot or high chair available.

The house is situated in one of the most attractive areas along the Cádiz coast. Here, you can enjoy stunning beaches like La Barrosa and Sancti Petri, renowned for their clear waters and fine sand, perfect for relaxation or water sports. The Sancti Petri marina also offers activities such as boat trips and kayaking. Be sure to visit the historic centre of Chiclana, home to a vibrant market and the San Juan Bautista church. Nature lovers will appreciate the Bay of Cádiz Natural Park, a fantastic spot for hiking and birdwatching.
