This house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor is the living room, the kitchen, equipped with everything necessary for the use of guests, and the bathroom. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms. The main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a shared bathroom.

In the outdoor area of this townhouse is the pool, where you can cool off and sunbathe, taking the well-deserved rest. The house is well located, since it is located on urban land in Torrox and very close to the beach and shops and restaurants. All the possibilities are just a few minutes walk away.
The house does not have parking, but there is a plot near the house where you will not find a problem parking.
