Located on the first floor, this cosy studio with capacity for 4 people, combines in the same space the magnificent and well-distributed living room, the dining area and a rest area with a comfortable sofa bed and a SmartTV.



Likewise, the modern kitchen integrated into this space is fully equipped with utensils and different appliances.



This accommodation has a full bathroom with a shower.



The crib is subject to availability. Please give a maximum of 5 days' notice.



The heating to air conditioning change will be carried out at the end of May, and the air conditioning to heating change will be in November in accordance with the protocols established by the property.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
