Located in the Cuatro Caminos area in the Tetuán district, a popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the northern part of the city with a rich tradition. It is a building situated on Bravo Murillo street, which has an excellent location especially for visitors travelling to Madrid for periods of time, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the financial district of Orense, where the Torre Picasso is located, an emblematic skyscraper of the city; the Corte Inglés on Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.



It is a neighbourhood in complete development with a lot of commercial offerings and an impressive life where tradition and modernity are mixed.



The apartment:



This cosy studio with capacity for up to 4 guests is located on the third floor of the building.



The efficient distribution of space combines the kitchen, living room, and bedroom areas in the same environment, ensuring a functional, warm, and very pleasant atmosphere. It has a space dedicated to rest where there is a comfortable double bed and a double sofa bed.



Likewise, the studio has a full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and various appliances



The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests must comply with the established rest periods at all times.
