Both have a double bed, ceiling fan and built-in closet. There is also a bathroom with shower on the same floor. On the main floor there is a spacious living-dining room designed for relaxation, 32” Smart TV, a comfortable sofa, a kitchen integrated in the same space and equipped with everything you need, and a bathroom. In addition, the building in which it is located has an elevator for convenience. Thanks to its magnificent location, the accommodation is surrounded by all the necessary services, including entertainment venues, restaurants and supermarkets, as well as the beach of Las Canteras just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
