Welcome to our modern apartment located in the vibrant new area of Torre del Mar, an area in constant growth and development. This charming residential complex is located on the beachfront, offering stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city. Ideal for a family holiday or a relaxing getaway, the complex has a communal swimming pool, open from 15 June to 30 September (managed by the owners' community), and a children's playground for the little ones.



The apartment, located on the fourth floor, has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. With capacity for up to five people, it has two cosy bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. The American kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favourite meals during your stay. The living-dining room, which includes a single sofa bed, is a perfect space to relax and enjoy moments together, with direct access to a private terrace with spectacular views of the sea and Torre del Mar.



Moreover, the accommodation offers air conditioning in both the living-dining room and both bedrooms, ensuring your comfort throughout the year. It also provides free Wi-Fi and a parking space in the building's lower level for one vehicle, making your stay worry-free.



Please note that pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and parties cannot be organised in the apartment. We want to ensure a calm and pleasant environment for all our guests.
