Family vacation, private pool and views:
House of 130m2 located in one of the main tourist destinations on the Costa Brava only 9km from the beach and 26km from Girona's Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a private 10x4x2m pool open all year round, hammocks, chill out area, awning and terrace with outdoor furniture. The three bedrooms have a double bed, single bed and a bunk bed for two guests plus a single bed. It has a bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, winter heating, smartTV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, outdoor parking area and sheets and towels included. The upper floor of the house with independent access is available for the owners leaving all the announced spaces for the private use of guests. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 30 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
