Villa Can Costa with its garden is a link between the old town of Alcudia and the interior of Mallorca.



A perfectly designed holiday home on two floors with luxury furniture. As soon as you enter, it impresses with its open spaces, which are distributed as follows: a spacious and bright kitchen with a cooking island, a dining area, a living area and access to the terrace.

There are also two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed of 160 cm and the other with two single beds of 90 cm each. Both rooms share a full bathroom and an independent toilet. Both rooms have access to the beautiful garden and the swimming pool.

A modern steel staircase leads to the first floor. Here you will find a room with a double bed, a large balcony with sun loungers and a private bathroom.

The outdoor area with its shaded and sunny terraces, barbecue and many corners to relax offers the perfect retreat with the family to recharge and regain strength. The private saltwater pool provides refreshment on hot summer days.

It is worth noting that this property has a charging port for electric cars.



Important notices

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is paid for each guest over 16 years old.

Per day and person,

from 1 November to 30 April 0.55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2.20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash. Payment is mandatory.

Smoking is only permitted outside

All rooms in the holiday villa are equipped with air conditioning and are available 24 hours a day.



Pool towels are provided and a welcome basket is included with each booking. We provide all information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, points of interest...) in an online guide so that you can fully enjoy your holidays.

This villa can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included upon request at no additional cost.

Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time for the day of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to jointly organise the key handover.

Here you will find everything your heart desires, the best Mallorcan restaurants, delicatessen, clothing boutiques and various small and large supermarkets, as well as the Müller drugstore.

From the historic centre, you can reach the lively Port of Alcudia, with its seafront promenade, and Alcanada in just a few minutes by car or bus.

Alcanada is a quiet Mediterranean village situated on a hill overlooking Alcudia Bay.

The sandy and pebble beach "Cala Poncet" in Alcanda has crystal-clear waters and wild nature.

At the end of the village, there is an 18-hole golf course. The Alcanada Golf Club was built in 2003 by the legendary golf architects Robert Trent Jones Sr. & Jr. and is located in the middle of a nature reserve, offering spectacular views of the bay.
