This bright and spacious flat, located just a few minutes from the ocean in Puerto del Carmen, sleeps up to 2 people and is ideal for couples and friends, and has satellite Wifi internet. It has a large bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed, en suite bathroom with shower, built-in wardrobe, TV and access to the wonderful terrace of the flat. It also has a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen open to the spacious living room with breakfast bar. This room has a 50’ Smart TV, and access to the pleasant terrace of the house where you can have lunch, relax and enjoy the sun, while you enjoy the climate of the place.

A privileged location, with the beach and promenade just a few minutes drive from the property, only 7 minutes drive from Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park and 10 minutes drive from the airport. Surrounded by kilometres of golden sandy beaches, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a quick connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island.

This apartment is located on the first floor without lift.

The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.

There are currently construction works taking place in the adjoining property, which may generate occasional noise at certain times. We appreciate your understanding while these external works are being completed.
