The apartment features a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. Additionally, there are two modern bathrooms, both with showers, for added convenience and privacy.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped and furnished, ready for you to prepare your favorite dishes without missing a thing. You can also enjoy air conditioning in both the living-dining room and the bedrooms, ensuring a cool and pleasant environment at all times. WiFi is also available to keep you connected.



Please note that pets are not allowed in the apartment. Additionally, due to the drought situation, we currently experience water cuts from 11:00 PM to 7:45 AM, although this schedule may vary.
