With an area of 59 m² and a 6 m² terrace, this 4th floor apartment with a lift has two bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and the second with a single bed, providing capacity for three people.



The apartment is equipped with heating via electric radiators in the bedrooms and bathroom, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and air conditioning in the living room, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the year. In addition, the building has a communal swimming pool and offers an underground parking space for the convenience of guests. Underground parking is available in the same building. Please note that if the car is of large dimensions, it may be complicated to park, but you can always park on the street for free.



Without the need for a car, you can easily move around the town on foot or by using the tram (Alicante, Villajoyosa, Benidorm, etc.).
