This small house, originally a fisherman base, is distributed over two floors plus a private roof terrace at the top. Downstairs we find a cozy living room with smart TV, large fully equipped kitchen, small bathroom with a shower and a classic laundry corner. Upstairs another bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with lots of wardrobes, double bed and air-conditioning. A small balcony with sea views is a perfect place to unwind before enjoying a deep sleep in a brand new double bed. The top floor has a medium size terrace with awning on both sides and the top to get a complete privacy only to hear and see the sea in the front. There is also an access to a small back terrace.
The beach, Playa de Caleta Vélez, attracts attention for its mixture of gravel and dark sand and for the countless services it offers. A charming promenade, free parking and beach bars mean that this beach has become an attractive tourist attraction, in addition, is proud to have received the prestigious Blue Banner which is awarded to the beaches which meet a series of environmental, educational, safety and accessibility criteria.
Algarrobo Costa is only 53 km (40 min by car) away from Málaga airport and offers everything you need for your holidays, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, dentist, café and much more.
