Set amidst a wonderful fenced garden, the villa features a private swimming pool of 8 x 4 metres, ideal for refreshing dips in the Mediterranean sun. Enjoy afternoons playing ping pong or relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture. The covered terrace offers a shady retreat for al fresco dining or just relaxing with a good book.

Enter into a cozy living room seamlessly connected to an open-space kitchen, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The villa sleeps six guests in three well-appointed bedrooms: one with a double bed and two others, each with two single beds.

Guests will find comfort in the two separate, fully equipped bathrooms, one with a relaxing bathtub and the other with a modern shower.

Situated in the quiet and less saturated north of the island, the villa promises peace and privacy while being just a short drive from pristine beaches and the captivating Tramuntana mountain route. Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
