The charming set of studios Charming Almudena I, located in the heart of the Historic Center of Madrid, offers an unforgettable experience for those visiting the capital. Recently renovated and meticulously decorated, these modern accommodations are designed to provide the utmost comfort and warmth during your stay.

By combining two contiguous studios, we have created a spacious apartment with a capacity for 4 people, thus offering the perfect option for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy Madrid together. With the combination of these two studios, guests have at their disposal two full bathrooms, one from each studio, ensuring privacy and comfort for all. Additionally, they feature two fully equipped kitchens, making meal preparation easier and providing even more flexibility during your stay.

The studios, with independent entrances directly from the street, feature a semi-open design distributed in various areas. Each one includes a comfortable living area with a sofa and television, a kitchen-dining area with a bar table and two stools, as well as a cozy double bed in a separate space designated for the bedroom. The strategic layout of spaces, with subtle divisions through partitions and glass enclosures, achieves a warm and luminous atmosphere designed to offer the best experience to guests.

Our studios enjoy the advantage of having nearby public transportation, facilitating the mobility of guests. Bus lines 3 and 148 offer direct and convenient access to the center of Madrid. This accessibility provides residents and visitors with the opportunity to easily explore the city's iconic destinations, enjoying the comfort and efficiency of a well-connected public transportation system.





THINGS TO NOTE

- Rental cribs are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.- Guests must present a valid identification document and a credit card upon check-in.- Bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.- For reservations of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas consumption up to €50 will be included. Any consumption beyond that amount will be charged to the guest.
