On the roof terrace, where you can also hang your clothes, you will experience a fantastic view of the square and the sea. You leave the house, walk 50 meters along the square and find yourself directly on the kilometre-long sandy beach. There is a bakery and a pharmacy in the same house. Within a radius of 100 metres you will find everything you need for your daily needs, such as a supermarket, a bank, a butcher, restaurants, cafes and other small shops.

In addition to the wonderful sandy beaches, the surrounding area offers many other possibilities for activities. With its marshes, nature reserves and pine forests, the region invites you to take long walks or bike rides. (In one hour you can reach interesting cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and Elche. An excursion to the pirate island of Tabarca is also recommended)
