Villa Kala Sitges is a modern, bright and recently renovated villa with a private pool and spectacular sea views. Ideal for both families and adult groups, it combines contemporary design, functionality and an elevated location that guarantees tranquillity and unique panoramic views.

The property features a lift, providing full access to all floors and to the pool area – a rare feature that makes the villa especially comfortable for guests with reduced mobility.

Cleaning costs (including bathroom and pool towels as well as bed linen):

Stays of up to 7 nights: Final cleaning: €325

2 weeks: One intermediate cleaning (2 people, 2 hours): €100 + final cleaning: €325

3 weeks: Two intermediate cleanings at €100 each + final cleaning: €325

Tourist tax:
€1 per adult per day, applicable for the first 7 days of the stay.

Low season (October to April)

Weekly stays: Monthly provision for utilities (water, electricity, gas): €300, adjusted to actual consumption

Monthly stays: Monthly provision: €800, adjusted to actual consumption

Heated pool (optional):
