Once you enter the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious lounge with an open-plan kitchen. This area provides direct access to the outside, where you'll find sun loungers and a sparkling pool. From the pool area, you can walk down to a large green space featuring a golf pitch, BBQ area, and a cozy sitting area—perfect for enjoying sunsets with family, having a meal, and playing golf.

Inside the villa, four inviting bedrooms and four pristine bathrooms are thoughtfully designed for your utmost comfort. The upper level houses two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and another bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed. All bedrooms are ensuite, ensuring privacy and convenience. On the lower level, you will find another entire apartment with its own kitchen, lounge area, bedroom and bathroom with its private access to the garden.

A refundable security deposit will be charged separately from the accommodation fee. After a successful checkout, the deposit will be reimbursed within 10 days.

To ensure a harmonious and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following house rules during your time at Villa La Bonita. Firstly, please note that pets and smoking are not permitted inside the property. We also request that guests respect quiet hours, refraining from loud noise after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for all. We kindly ask that that no loud parties are given which may disturb neighbors. Our aim is to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood and the integrity of our property, so we appreciate your cooperation and respect for these guidelines.

Important: Families and children are welcome. For adult guests staying in the property, the minimum age requirement is 28 years old.
