This lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa is located on a popular and quiet area in the original part of Quesada. The property is set on an ample sized plot, boasts off-road parking, a 6x3 private saltwater pool, bbq are and a small putting green!

Inside the property, you'll find a relaxing TV area with 2 recliners and a large dining room table. Moving on, there is fully fitted kitchen with all standard white good including a dishwasher and breakfast island. There is an additional sofa area in front of the fire place. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor as well as bathroom with a both a bath tub and separate shower.

On the upper floor there is a landing area with a sofa, tv and table ideal for those morning coffee's and checking your emails. The second bedroom is also located on the same floor as well as the second bathroom which has corner shower. A nice highlight of the villa is the upper terrace which boasts some excellent views to the local salt lakes and even the sea.

The property has air conditioning in both bedrooms and lounge area, internet WiFi.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
