This elegant single-storey dwelling — ideal for people with reduced mobility — combines comfort and style in a tranquil environment, with a spacious outdoor area perfect for unwinding: private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, Balinese bed, outdoor shower, barbecue area, outdoor dining area, ping-pong table, outdoor toilet and fully equipped laundry area.



Inside, the house has three spacious bedrooms, one of them a spectacular master suite with an extra-large bed, air conditioning, television with international channels, private bathroom with bathtub and shower, and direct access to the terrace and pool; the other two bedrooms offer single beds that can be joined as needed, television in each, and a spacious shared bathroom with bathtub, shower and double washbasin.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances — oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster and complete kitchenware — and connects to a bright dining room and a spacious living room with air conditioning and smart TV with international channels.



The entire accommodation has high-speed WiFi connection via fibre, including bedrooms and outdoor areas, and a cot is offered upon request, as well as bed linen, bath towels and pool towels for each guest.
