Magnificent home with a private saltwater pool, located in a rural setting near the mountains and just a 3-minute drive from the beach. Ideal for enjoying nature with the charms of the mountains and the sea, characteristic of the Mediterranean landscape.

The house has three bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one in suite. On the upper floor, surrounded by beautiful views, there is a spacious kitchen-dining room integrated into the living room, which leads to a large terrace ideal for enjoying an outdoor table. The home is characterized by its different spaces located on different levels, all connected, which give it a special charm. A garden with a private saltwater pool and trees, a small wooden cabin that doubles as a fitness room, a colorful patio shaded by a vine, a hanging chair for enjoying the views or reading, and a barbecue area with a vegetable garden and fruit trees behind it. Inside, there is a utility room with a washer and dryer, and another outdoor patio for hanging clothes. All bedrooms enjoy natural light.

- Keep in mind that it is a house in the countryside, there will be some mosquitos so don't forget your mosquito repellent.

Location: Our villa is ideally situated for exploring the best of Catalunya. A short drive will take you to the beautiful beaches where you can soak up the sun or enjoy water sports. The nearby village of Calella offers a range of shops, grocery stores, and a train station with convenient connections to Barcelona and beyond.

Guest Registration: In accordance with Catalan law, we are required to register all guests. A European ID or passport will be requested upon arrival, along with a signed registration form.
