The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Mojacar Playa, just a moment’s walk from bars, restaurants and golden sandy beaches. The apartment is situated on an attractive and quiet beachside complex with a large communal swimming pool and separate children’s pool. The pools are surrounded by a well kept garden and lawned area.

The apartment consists of a large open plan lounge / dining area. The lounge is very spacious with two sofas looking out on to the terrace and out to sea. The lounge is equipped with Spanish television. Patio doors take you from the lounge out on to the private and spacious sea facing terrace.
