This charming apartment has approximately 130 m² and is located in a building with an elevator, specifically on the 2nd floor. In addition, it has the advantage of being close to the Passeig de Gracia metro station, which will facilitate your travels around the city of Barcelona.

The Boutique Apartment in Rambla Cataluña in the Center for 8 has a spacious and bright living-dining room with access to a typical interior gallery of the Eixample, which will allow you to enjoy a pleasant relaxation area. The gallery is very well oriented so you can enjoy quiet moments. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people in 4 bedrooms. One of them is located on the mezzanine floor, with a height of 1.50 m, which makes it ideal for children. In total, you will find 6 single beds and 1 double bed in the bedrooms. In addition, the apartment has 3 full bathrooms, one of them also located on the mezzanine floor with a height of 1.5 m.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
