Welcome to the Executive Apartment in the Center of Barcelona for 6, an oasis of comfort and style in the heart of the vibrant city of Barcelona.

With approximately 90 m², this elegant apartment is located in a building with an elevator and offers the additional comfort of having an optional Private Parking for €25/day. In addition, the Muntaner metro station is located nearby, giving you easy access to public transport to explore the whole city.

The Apartment for Executives in the Center of Barcelona for 6 has the capacity to accommodate up to 6 people, with three comfortable rooms that have 4 single beds and 1 double bed to ensure a restful rest after your adventures in the city. In addition, it has a sink for greater comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer and ceramic hob, offering all the facilities to prepare your meals with ease. In the apartment you will also find an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, as well as free Wi-Fi to keep you connected throughout your stay.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
