It is located in a building with an elevator (second floor) and there is a private Parking (25 €/ day) in the same building. The closest public transports are: Metro (Muntaner) and FFGC (Bonanova).

The apartment has 3 bathrooms, 2 with a bath and 1 with a shower. The living room has 2 sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine, electric cooker, electric kettle, oven, fridge and a freezer. The spacious living room with its design furniture has a TV plasma, has the entrance onto a private terrace. The terrace is very well oriented, with its teak wood chairs and table. It is ideal for a wonderful breakfast or a romantic dinner. The fully equipped kitchen and lounge are separated by means of a design inner glass door. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. An optional parking is found in the same building. Free Wi-Fi.

-: The Property Manager will send you bank details like (IBAN: ES97 2100 **** **** **** 4518) exact after the reservation to make the 100% payment (Check your spam/junk mail folder too).

-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival.

-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/ High Chair:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
