This 3BR with Terrace and pool available for 8 guests apartment has a surface of approximately 85 m² and a terrace with a surface of about 30 m². It is situated on the ground floor of a building with an elevator. There is also a private parking (20 euros per day), a garden and a shared swimming-pool. The closest Metro station is Lesseps ( L-3).

3BR with Terrace and pool available for 8 guests apartment is an elegant and comfortable apartment divided into two levels which make the entire flat look dynamic and elegant. One large living/dining room with the entrance onto the balcony and a fully equipped kitchen are situated on the first level. The second level is a calmer part. It has three comfortable double bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a private bathroom, closet and a balcony. The other two bedrooms have two beds each one and there is another bathroom with a bath.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
