Private Terrace Penthouse that Accommodates 6 guests near the center is an elegant and comfortable apartment divided into three levels that give dynamism and modernity to the whole.

In the first level, the rest areas with three comfortable double rooms, one of which is a suite with private bath, dressing room and terrace. The other two rooms have 2 beds in each room and bathroom with a bath. The second level is intended for common areas such as the spacious living room with a balcony and kitchen. The third level houses a large terrace, ideal place to relax during the evenings with your family and friends.

This apartment is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, fridge / freezer and glass-ceramic hob. For your convenience, the apartment has iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing/ fryer machine and Wi-Fi. This triplex apartment, is about 85 m² and 40 m² of terrace, is located in a building that has elevator (floor: attic). It has private parking (30 € / day).

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
