All on the ground floor we find, a living room with fireplace and equipped kitchen. One double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. Hot and cold pump in the living room.

Free parking on the premises.

Perfect location, only 25min from Granada, 30 min from the Tropical Coast and 50 min from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.



The swimming pool will be available in the summer months (ask for opening and closing dates). We supply firewood in the winter months, not included in the rent.

Pets are welcome at no extra charge, as long as they do not climb on beds/sofas and leave the accommodation in perfect condition, otherwise a cleaning charge will be applied through the security deposit.
