This apartment has two terraces: a 45 m2 terrace facing south offering spectacular views of the sea and the mountains, and a 15 m2 terrace facing west with mountain views.

From the bright lounge-dining room, you have direct access to the large terrace with outdoor furniture and awning, ideal for dining al fresco or simply relaxing while enjoying the stunning views.

When you go in, there is an open-plan space that includes a nicely arranged lounge-dining room-kitchen area with table, chairs, armchairs, coffee table and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and appliances necessary for a pleasant stay: fridge-freezer, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, tableware and washing machine.

Location

This apartment is located 600 metres from Grifeu beach and close to the port and shops and restaurants.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
