You have to go up some stairs to get to the apartment. There is a bright open-plan space with a kitchen and lounge-dining room. The lounge has a double sofa-bed, 3 armchairs, coffee table, TV, decorative fireplace and other furniture and direct access to the terrace, completely enclosed with large windows and views of the sea and coast. In this space there is a table, chairs and barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, vitroceramic hob, mini oven-grill, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and tableware. There is also a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board in the house.

The apartment has 1 large spacious bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also 1 bathroom with shower and sink, and a toilet and sink in a separate room.

Location

The apartment is located in the Fener de Dalt residential area, about 200 metres from Cau del Llop beach and 2 km from the town centre.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
