The apartment:



This charming apartment with capacity to accommodate 9 people on Andrés Tamayo street is located on the lower part of the building and has an independent entrance from the street.



Characterized by an innovative design, it surprises with its aesthetics, comfort, and well-being. Its perfect distribution over two levels offers an ideal balance between space, comfort, and functionality. It features a bright living room thanks to its large windows, where a double sofa bed, a single bed, and a Smart TV are located.



The American kitchen integrated into this same space and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances facilitates interaction between the different areas of the apartment.



The practical dining room is next to the kitchen, providing a perfect space.



This apartment consists of three comfortable rooms with double beds. In addition, the apartment has two full bathrooms with shower and a toilet.



There is WiFi and air conditioning available throughout the apartment, the cot is subject to availability, please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.



Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests must comply with the established rest periods at all times.
