On the ground floor there is the living room and fully equipped kitchenette: crockery, kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, etc... The master bedroom with a double bed, main bathroom with shower. and small storage room with cleaning products, iron, ironing board etc...



On the 2nd floor there are another 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds of 80cm and the other with 2 stackable beds) and another bathroom with a shower.



And on the 3rd and last floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, main bathroom with shower and 2 furnished terraces, one of them smaller with two hammock chairs, side table, portable clothes rack and hose. The other larger one is equipped with 4 garden chairs, 4 folding, extendable table, large parasol, barbecue and hose.



It is modernly decorated, with great taste and detail, and is equipped with everything you need to spend a most pleasant stay in this Andalusian and cosmopolitan town on the southernmost point of Spain and facing the African coast.



It has an underground parking space in the same building, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
