The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm, a large wardrobe, and also has a balcony with street views. Next to this bedroom is the second bathroom of the accommodation.

Going up the stairs, you will find the third bedroom of the stay, consisting of two single beds of 90cm and a large coat rack.

As you go up the building’s stairs, you reach the apartment’s exclusive private terrace, a space designed for relaxation and enjoyment, furnished with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. Just before stepping outside, the apartment features a treadmill, ideal for guests who wish to maintain their wellness routine during their stay.

The duplex is in an unbeatable location, situated on Rodrigo Caro Street, in the city center just meters away from the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Alcázar of Seville, and surrounded by numerous restaurants offering the best Andalusian cuisine.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
