Two bedroom apartment refurbished in 2025. It is centrally located on Jesús del Gran Poder street, close to Seville's main sights and attractions. The Cathedral is just 10 minutes walk away. Suitable for up to four guests.

The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom twin beds. All windows look on to a quiet alley without car traffic. The full bathroom is between both rooms. It has a washbasin, toilet and a walk-in shower.

The living room faces the courtyard of the house. There is a TV, a sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils and modern appliances, including: fridge-freezer, microwave, vitroceramic stove, washing-machine-dryer and dishwasher.

Air-conditioning with cooling / heating and free wi-fi internet access.

The apartment forms part of a residential building with a large courtyard. There is no car traffic, and the bedrooms are very quiet. Ground floor.

We recommend the Saba Plaza Concordia public car park, located 300m from the apartment.

Check-in time:
16:00 to 02:00h. Late check-in from 21:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).
