Villa
About This Property
Surrounded by nature and close to Alaior, it is perfect for those seeking to disconnect and enjoy exclusivity in a unique location.
The villa has private parking within the property and Wi Fi connection. Bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are provided for all guests. The wellness area has a heated pool and private gym. Additional cleaning services are available upon request. Pool and garden maintenance is included and carried out by specialized staff twice a week. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. The indoor living room also has heating, while the outdoor living room has underfloor heating. The common areas do not have air conditioning, but they maintain a pleasant temperature thanks to their open design and natural ventilation. A cot and high chair are available upon request; it is recommended to request them in advance to ensure availability. Binife is rented on an exclusive basis, offering complete privacy and the peace of mind of having our team available for any questions or recommendations during your stay.
In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since December 2, 2024, it is mandatory to register all guests online and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This measure applies to all tourist accommodations in Menorca. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs 2.20 per person per night. It will be charged at the time of online registration via a link provided to the guest. To keep the pool and garden in perfect condition, our maintenance team visits twice a week. Visits are brief, discreet, and only outdoors. We always give at least 24 hours' notice. The villa has a heated indoor pool, included in the price. It is operational in May, June, September, and October. In July and August, it remains in use, although without heating, as the ambient temperature keeps the water at suitable levels. The water temperature usually ranges between 26°C and 27°C, with a maximum of 28 29°C, so it should not be confused with a high temperature spa.
From the villa, you can walk to the center of Alaior in about 10 minutes, where you will find supermarkets, shops, bars, and restaurants. Keep in mind that in the height of summer, high temperatures can make the journey less comfortable at certain times of the day. To explore the island, the best option is to have your own vehicle (car or motorbike), as this offers greater comfort and flexibility, as well as access to beaches and more remote areas that are not served by public transport. Alaior has a bus service that connects with other towns on the island, although with limited schedules. If you prefer this alternative, you can find all the latest information on routes and frequencies on the mou tmenorca website.
