Welcome to our charming fully renovated Scandinavian design light and airy villa in a very sought after area of Elviria, Marbella.

Set just 2 minuted drive from the popular commercial area of Elviria and Aventura Amazonia park, this villa is set in a privileged position overlooking the sea and mountains and beautiful surrounding area with its landscaped scenery.

Entering the vila by car you drive up some 50 meters and there you have plenty of parking space for at lest 3-4 cars. The villa is conveniently distributed over two levels Main door leads to the spacious living room equipped with a sofa set, TV, fireplace and dining table for 8 people. There is also a small bedroom on this level equipped with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower cabin on this floor. Guests can access directly the garden, uncovered and covered terraces and 45 sq.m swimming pool equipped with 4 sun beds. New modern and fully equipped kitchen is also set on the ground floor.

First floor consists of three bedrooms equipped with a double bed each. Master bedroom has an en-sutie bathroom, 2 other bedrooms share one bathroom. Guests can enjoy beautiful views from any of the 3 bedrooms, or from the adjoined terraces.

Right at the entrance there is also a spot to do yoga, surrounded by nature and green and extra space through the driveway to park several 3/4
cars. Well-kept gardens.

Thanks to its design and position the villa gives its guests total privacy where they can see all around but can't be seen from anywhere. Very fast wifi (up to 460 mbps) allows guests to play online games or watch 3D movies at ease.

It is a 5-minute drive to the best sandy beaches & Beach Clubs like Nikki Beach & La Plage Casanis, Chiringuitos and Hotels. Close by are several famous Golf Courses like Santa Maria, Marbella Golf & Rio Real Golf. The 2 Commercial Centres with Bars, Restaurants, Bank, Hairdresser, Supermarkets, Dentist, Doctor and many other amenities like: Post Office, Florist & Pharmacies are just a five-minute drive away. It takes you 10 minutes to get to the centre of Marbella, 15 to Puerto Banus and 30 minutes to Málaga Airport.
