Villa Joaquín is located in an elevated location on the coast of Benissa, just 1 km from Pinets cove, 4 km from the center of Calpe and 10 km from Moraira. Villa Joaquín offers us charming views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. It welcomes us with a spacious outdoor area. Enjoy a wonderful private pool, surrounded by a large terrace along with sun loungers and outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying the sun all day long on the different terraces that we find around the villa. All are surrounded by an adorable traditional Mediterranean-style garden and a large parking area. The entire villa is on one level. From the pool terrace, we enter through a covered terrace, perfect to enjoy daily meals enjoying the magnificent views. The terrace leads us to a living room with a subtle rustic touch that offers SAT+TV.

From the living room, we continue towards the large kitchen, fully equipped, a TV room with fireplace and A/C, a bedroom with two beds with A/C and a private bathroom with a bathtub. On the same floor, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and A/C, as well as two bedrooms with 2 single beds and A/C, sharing a bathroom with a shower. In the parking area, we find another covered terrace with a tennis table and behind it a covered barbecue with a paella hob ring, perfect for enjoying the cool summer nights.
