The villa is distributed over two levels and offers spacious, bright and carefully designed interiors that provide comfort and privacy.
Upon arrival, there is outdoor parking available for 2–3 cars. From street level, you enter a spacious hallway leading to the master suite, which features a 160 x 200 cm bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower. A guest toilet is also located on this level.
An elegant staircase leads down to the lower floor, where the remaining four bedrooms and the main living areas are located, with direct access to the outdoor spaces and the private swimming pool measuring 7.20 x 3.60 m.
This level features a large living room with Smart TV and Wi-Fi, opening onto the terrace where you will find an outdoor dining area and comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing in the shade of the pine trees. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and complete kitchenware, and connects to the indoor dining area with seating for up to 12 guests.
The sleeping accommodation on this floor includes two bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds, each with an en-suite bathroom with washbasin and shower; one bedroom with two bunk beds (90 x 190 cm); and one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). The latter two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with washbasin and bathtub. In addition, there are two guest toilets on this floor.
The villa also features a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, making it particularly suitable for longer stays or family holidays
