Cosy flat on the top floor, next to the beach, for 5 persons in a quiet urbanisation, with garden area and playground. The penthouse has a living-dining room with sofa, a well equipped independent kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with a single bed and 1 with a trundle bed), 2 bathrooms, one of them with shower and a little terrace with panoramic views to the beach and also to the mountains.  
 
The flat is fully furnished and equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, wifi internet, air conditioning in the living room and in the landing of the bedrooms, ceiling fans in the main bedroom and in the living room. The cosy urbanisation "Los Naranjos" offers a nice garden with benches to read a quiet book, a children's playground and parking spaces in the urbanisation semi-covered, as well as direct access to the beach from the communal garden.Quiet area, 3 min. walk to the sandy beach (100 m), only 100 m to several restaurants, 550 m to the big supermarket "Consum", 300 m to the nearest pharmacy, etc. The centre of Denia is 5 km away and can be easily reached by car in about 10 minutes. The region of Denia on the Costa Blanca is an ideal place to spend your holidays. Mild Mediterranean climate, long sandy beaches and beautiful mountain scenery. Dénia offers a great infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, not forgetting its nightlife. The 20 km of beach have possibilities for all tastes, areas to practice different sports, surfing, sailing ...., beach bars, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves.
