A delightful 2 bed corner bungalow with a lovely private pool in a quiet location. Ideally located just a 2 minute walk from local amenities, shops, bars and restaurants. Very well furnished and very well equipped with air conditioning.

As you enter the property you’ll find a nice outside area with BBQ on the left side and an outdoor dining table for four covered with a shade and a lovely swimming pool on the right side. The perfect place for the whole family.

After going a few steps you’ll find an upper front terrace with a dining table for four, a coffee table with 3 comfortable single seaters and some sliding glass doors. Once inside the property, a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a single-seater sofa in front of a fireplace for some cozy relaxing time awaits you. The living room is also equipped with a LED TV and Air Conditioning.

Further in, you’ll find a kitchen, fully equipped with oven, hob, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. A nice breakfast counter with two barstool separates the living room with the kitchen. The door in the kitchen leads you to a facility room with a washing machine, dryer and a microwave.

Through the living room you’ll access to the bedrooms and to the bathroom which has a walk-in-shower. Both bedrooms have a double size bed, built-in-wardrobe, Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan, everything kept in a neat style.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.

Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. Please note that additional charges may be applicable.
